HATSUHANA （the first blossom） - Japanese sweets of my own design

I designed this after an image of the petals of cherry blossom that start blossoming, swaying in the light spring breeze; inspired by a famous WAKA-poem by Sai-Gyo. Cherry(SAKURA)-scented slightly salty AN (sugered bean paste) is enclosed in the mixture of cherry-coloured potato paste and white AN paste here.
