Happy New Year everyone, wishing you and your family good health, joy, and prosperity throughout 2021! I received a "care package" from my parents this year as well. After an online lecture by my mother living in Kyoto about "what are Osechi dishes/御節料理" for my sons, each of them was challenged to make Osechi dishes. They were also challenged to make "Temari-sushi/手毬寿司" using the ingredients of Osechi.
